RRESCUE A VILLAGE MALAWI aspires to be leading non profitable organization in providing essential, equitable access to clean water. Lack of clean water is one of the most common daily problems faced by people in rural areas this is especially true for women and children who walk hours each day to retrieve dirty water when there is no alternative.

The Problem:
  • 4 out of 10 wells in Malawi are broken at any one time.
  • Millions of people that once had access to clean water are now drinking dirty water due to broken pumps.
  • Women and girls walk long distances to collect dirty water when pumps are broken.
  • Dirty water causes illnesses and death everyday.
The Solution:
  • We combine your donations of any amount in the procuring of new water well pump parts for repairs.
  • After installation and repairs, we train community leaders on how to maintain their wells, preventing future failures.
Our mission is “To provide quality water solutions by the repairing and installation of wells, to research and provide improved technologies, and to deliver prompt, affordable, honest, and courteous service to communities in supplying quality water.”
